Workday Peakon Employee Voice is a highly regarded continuous listening platform that aims to enhance workplace engagement.

The user-friendly mobile app enables employees to easily provide feedback, access their own survey insights, and review their manager's focus areas. For managers, the app provides convenient access to crucial insights about their teams. People leaders can acknowledge employee feedback and collaborate with colleagues to develop action plans. The app also allows users to stay updated on their team's engagement even while away from their desk.

As a manager, you have the ability to take action from anywhere:
<ul>
 <li>Gain an overview of your team's engagement by viewing their current engagement score, survey participation rates, and how these metrics have changed over time. Additionally, you can analyze the breakdown between promoters, passives, and detractors.</li>
 <li>Identify strengths and priorities by monitoring the areas in which engagement is thriving and delving deeper into areas that require attention. You can also compare your team's scores against custom benchmarks.</li>
 <li>Acknowledge and respond to confidential employee feedback by engaging in private two-way conversations that foster open and honest communication between managers and employees. Leave comment acknowledgements to let employees know their feedback has been heard, and filter employee comments based on type, score, and past interactions.</li>
 <li>Collaborate with people advisors and senior leaders using internal notes. Request support from HR, raise important issues with senior leaders, or share valuable information with other managers.</li>
 <li>Develop leadership skills through contextual learning. Engage in micro-courses that offer concise leadership lessons aligned with your team's current priorities. Apply these skills in practice and observe how they enhance overall engagement.</li>
 <li>Implement collaborative action plans to improve engagement. Utilize suggested actions provided by the app to create plans tailored to improving engagement scores. These suggestions are continuously updated based on your team's current priorities, providing guidance on where to begin, what to monitor, and when to shift focus.</li>

As an employee, the app's simple interface offers the following features:

 <li>Access to your engagement surveys. Fill them out and receive notifications when the next one is available.</li>
 <li>Insights regarding your level of engagement. Your personal dashboard displays the latest insights from your surveys, shows how your engagement levels have changed over time, highlights areas that require improvement based on your team's scores, and provides information on the actions being taken to enhance engagement.</li>
